Hi,
This is regarding a recent order that I placed from a website pretfashion.myshopify.com. The product delivered contained a return address as Kartik Enterprise, KTA 19FF New Delhi.
The product that I had ordered was a set of 3 premium winter jeggings and the total order amount was Rs 999.
The product that was actually delivered was synthetic leggings of very poor quality. When I tried the phone numbers mentioned along with the return address, one of the numbers was switched off and there was no response from the other one. The email address given on the website was also fake.
Kindly help in getting my money refunded from this fraud organisation.
