This is to state that on 27th Nov 2022, agents who called themselves Rahul and Ajay of Karma India Holiday (by Shooting Star Eservices Pvt. Ltd) took a payment of Rs. 80000 from my Debit Card in the name of a great holiday package.
I am having the related Pine labs PoS transaction ID with me which I have got by chance. They promised it to be a no cost emi.
after two days I found that the transaction had been converted to DC emi at a rate of 16% for 1 year, I have been following up with them to cancel this and refund everything as it was not as intended. They also confirmed over mail that refund had been initiated. Since then there is no update from them, no refund as well. They do not respond to calls, emails either.
I took the matter with ICICI bank and also raised a ticket.
But bank has denied their role saying that everything rests in the hands of the merchant to cancel the transaction.
I have been paying EMIs for the this since Jan, 2023.
The website karmaindiaholisdays.net has vanished and also all the phone numbers and email IDs have gone traceless now.

I want to lodge this complaint and hope my hard earned money will be returned to me.
