On November 23, 2022 we had purchased a holiday package from Ms Ronak, one of the executives of Karma India Holidays at Darjeeling. We bought the package for 1,49,000. We are paying the EMI every month till February. On March 1st, Mr. Anil branch manager of Darjeeling had reached out to us asking the EMI on debit consumer durable loan is more so he will cancel there and take the EMI amount on Credit card instead. We had given him a friend’s credit card. He took 75000 and said rest amount transaction is not happening because of insufficient funds. So he said he initiated a refund on this and asked for a different credit card. He took out 1,27000 on this and set EMI for 24 months. And yesterday he said even on credit the EMI is high for them since the transaction was made twice once 75000 and then 59000. He said he had cancelled and requested for debit card for only 99000. Now instead of taking out 99000, he took 2,25000. We are trying to reach him but his mobile is turned off. Every one is gone. No one is responding. Now the total amount has come down to 634000. Please help. We have everything from the company in return form.
