would like to make a very formal complain against your branch Manager who is responsible for the Darjeeling sector Ajay Sherawat along with the relation manager Ms.Ronak.
I was convienced to take the membership and which i have done on a totally fraud and on the cheated commitment that Ajay Sherawat have done to me .Ajay sherawat made a fake a fraud with me by letting me know that the payment mode of the membership will be on EMI basis and for which i have agreed He have inform me and my wife that the payment has been calculated by 36 month EMI Payable basic and he have swiped my card giveing me the breakdown verbally.
apparently he have not created any EMI system on the machine ,which i have trusted and instead he have swiped the whole amount drirectly on my credit card and which was now was taken out my my bank account.
Ajay Sherawat knowingly have done this fraud and cheated case with me and on top when ever i wanted to contact him to resolve the problem ,he keeps his phone switch off and do not reply to me in order to slove my issue ,and this shows clear picture of his dishonesty and being a cheater and a fraud who represent your company.Because of him i will now sue your respected company if my case is not hadled as it was suppose to be .I need full refund of my payment and make it in EMI Basis which i have agreed on the first stage .Upon your handling all depends if i have to do a legal Police file and cyber complain.
Let me bring up to your kind attention that Mr. Ajay Sherawat also works in your organization with a dishonest intention with your company and same with customers ,he insisit the customer to take the membership and later tells them to sell the vacation and get out more profit and which he will assist keeping his commision which he also advised me and asked for him 25%.
So think about it that if a employee can be such a dishonest to his company ,than how much he can make fraud and cheated commintment to make his target and with all fake word.I have more to tell about him ,please let me know who will be the higher concern person that can hear me to take a legal action against Mr. Ajay Sherawat.
