I HAD PLACED ORDER ON DECEMBER 04, 2024 AND HAD NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER AND IT GOT SHIPPED BACK TO THE KARLAA SAYING CUSTOMER REJECTED IT, ON RAISING COMPLAINT 10 TIMES THEY TOLD ME TO PAY SHIPPING TO GET THE ORDER BACK AND THEY SHALL SEND THE ORDER. FINALLY, ORDER GOT DELIVERED ON DECMEBER 29, 2024. HOWEVER, IT HAD BROKEN FUEL BOTTLE FOR WHICH I HAD PAID. NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY MAIL OR CHAT. ORDER ID #KF924379
