Text of Complaint by Nirmala Shettar:

I ordered a saree from Kalyani silks on 3rd august and received a poor quality saree on 7th August which was not as shown on their web site. I immediately placed return on their watsapp number and received confirmation. But after that they are not responding to my multiple follow-up emails and watsapp messages.
