I had ordered two sarees worth 2998 rs total. But I was delivered very different and cheap sarees. I tried to contact them for return of the product and replace it but then they disappeared from whatsapp. I tried to call 8128745749 which was their number but call was never connected, WhatsApp voice call had ranged at least but nobody answered. I called the delivery boy, Mr Prashant Dhanavade who delivered the product and accepted the cash on delivery of above mentioned price so he said that Kalyani silk is a very genuine platform and it never does that,so try placing return order through the website which didn’t happen. Phone number of Mr Prashant Dhanavade was 8369733385. He was the delivery boy and he said he accepts online payment on behalf of Kalyani silk and sends the payment to the concerned party. At first they promised online payment then they declined it and placed cash on delivery order and then after all the drama they delivered cheap product which is worth less than 400 for each saree. This is utter harassment of customers. I hope action will be taken against Kalyani silk saree.
