I ordered kalyani silk saree Rs 1499 on 30th September 2021 order ID is #KY8151 and got very cheap and dirty fabric saree and they are not responding to my complaint also

Hi pradip. Even I am a victim of this fraud. And I am trying relentlessly from 3 days to track this person. This business does not have an address and there is no way to connect. Just a watsapp number which stops responding once the product is delivered. And. The person is anonymous very smartly. And there are so many complaints registered against this guy in this same portal. And stil there are only increasing fraud sales that he is doing. We need to do something else to expose this guy.
Sir, I visited site kalyani silk and order for lengha choli vide oder no. 2504 dy. 16.11.2021 and paid Rs. 999/- in advance. but after that there is no way to contact them. I sent many mails, but no reponse or reply they are giving.
pl help me to refund my money. and when there is several complaint against them. why any law or police not taking action against them. If a general man jumps red light or without helmet. all the police and low act very well. but no law for them to control. where is the police or administration, as they are running this fake site.
pl help me anyone to refund my money from them.
