I took a ECS service on 5th December 2023 from JustDial. Their employee(Ayush) who visited my office said that to start the service you need pay the initial 2 months fees and if you like the service you will be directly charged the money from your bank but if i want to stop the service (which i doubted i would) then they’ll immediately stop the service. After two months i called him and said i want to stop the service as i’m not getting any business regardless on paying hefty amounts, he said that the service is for 12 months and will not stop. I’ve tried calling their customer care but they are not giving proper response and not answering my calls. After doing some research i came to know that there are many more customers like me who are being scammed by JustDial. If anyone know what should i do please help me out with this.
