I had service in Justdial premium package for 3 months amount of 50000 rupees , they giving me service properly for ten days, suddenly they implement new rules for customer must add gst/msme certificate to continue services. The service i take is stopped but they keep deduct amount on packages, i need minimum 15 days to get an gst and getting gst in process my address is not properly they cancel my gst. So I had no choice to tell them cancel my service. After that i ask them about the remaining package amount but they not process my refund more than 2 months till date which is 33 thousand rupees. I had so many losses because of that.
