In the Month of March I contacted Justdial and requested them to cancel my on going service. In the month of September they have charged an amount of Rs 885.00 and in the very next minute I contacted Justdial regarding this issue and they said that an Investigation will be done whether your business is still active or not. So I waited for a period 15 days and contacted them.
From the Month of September end I’ve been reaching out the JUSTDIAL (ECS TEAM), they’re just making false promises that you’ll receive a call regarding this. but till now they didn’t take any action towards this. Today again they debited monthly installment, there’s no proper response from them
