I have an subscription under my company name with Just Dial since 2016, account details below:

Due to the ongoing Pandemic the travel business has een hit the hardest, we shut our company in Aprul and also send an email notification to Just Dial on 26th May, giving reasons of our inability to continue and make any further payments.
Just Dial replied in 2 days and advised to continue to pay for 3 additional months, else they wont cancel the subscription?? After my follow up email and explanation of the situation we received an email on 29th May that ECS will be cancelled.
However on June 10th and further on June 17, 19, 22 and 24 Just Dial has attempted to charge our bank with amounts?? We have no money in bank, but due to these attempts the bank is charging us a transac8fee and our bank account is now In negative.
I do not understand the eed to do so by Just Dial and harass the customer, we paid them for almost 4 years without any delay, however now that we are ot in a position and have cancelled subscriptions they continue to charge same.
I was told by the sales person of the company, that this is a regular practice by Just Dial and they always harrass the customer with such tactics.

just dial is the biggest fraud company in india their commitments are false their services are false sometimes to show lead they use their employess account to create lead.
98% leads are for job searching people and the worst thing is they are deduction money for this kind of leads.
Do not buy any plan from just dial, rather you can spend that money in Google SEO or on Google advs.
