I am running a small scale hotel business at ooty. Now we are closed completely. During lockdown just dial company have debited money from my account in the name of ECS MANDATE without my permission. No ECS is active and it is approved by their own staff. This was confirmed over call by the JUSTDIAL staff. If we call them to enquire about this,no body is answering the call and they are neglecting my call. They have debited Rs-235/ twice. I will upload the screenshot of my bank statement under. We hoteliers are suffering from economic crisis due to corona, but these kind of companies are looting us and putting us into more stress and economic pressure. The superiors should help us from such people and show such companies the power of the judicials.
