This is with reference to my contract that I signed with justdial.com on the 17th of March, 2018. I was promised that the cheque of INR. 5990 shall not be deposited without my consent but just the contrary happened. With the unprofessional behavior of Amol Sharma and Abhay Thakur, who kept procrastinating my request of not depositing my cheque in the bank, the cheque was deposited as well as cleared.
I seek the following:
1. No further money should be deducted from my bank account in the name of further monthly installments etc.
2. A refund be made of the amount I was made to pay.
3. A strict action be taken against both Abhay and Anmol for their unethical and unprofessional actions.
It must be pretty clear that I was not satisfied with the experience with justdial to begin with. Still I was not left with any option but to continue. So far have I updated my profile with pictures and reviews. I had to call again and again in order to get the right keywords.I don’t see any resolution far my earlier complaint and neither are they able to provide me with services or lead.
Anmol Sharma stooped receiving my calls and started giving me lame excuses like ‘some friend met with an accident’. I sympathized initially until it became his common excuse. No resolution or lead was provided. No one is available to even register my complaint against Anmol Sharma or the entire deal. The complaints that get registered are never taken into consideration.
I am a student and it is taking a toll on my financial, emotional and career aspects. I wish to ask for the refund as I have not received services worth the money that I paid which is 100 rs/day.
P.S.- I am willing to take legal action. If something similar has happened to you or if you could help somehow kindly get back.
