Hi Sir
We have given advance for 2 month to Justdial on 25 Apr’ 22 also they deducted 1 ECS from my personal credit card in May where we didn’t get positive response from Justdial so sent mail to stop the service on 3 Jun also received reply on 7 Jun that ECS Cancellation forwarded to concern person and one executive will get back to me soon but I didn’t get any call yet . I’ve received ECS deduction message on 20 Jun and told to customer care , Mr Mahesh from Justdial and they made sure to do not deduct the ECS but same has been deducted on 22 Jun. When I’ve asked ECS department then they said that there is no refund policy. I have asked to refund our security but they denied which is in starting they said that we can Stop service any time and get the money back.
Please help.
