I had purchased samsung A13 phone through samsung finance plus.just one day EMI is late because bank holiday my EMI is only 1218 and they charged penalties 472 rupees.please they show me exact percentage of penalty?for 1218 they are taking 472 and what about for big loan amount? I need back my money
