I ordered just herbs product of Rs.299 (prepaid) on 14th July . Last time when I ordered they shipped the product within 1-2 days, but this time didn’t get any message for shipment yet.I complaint in their email id,no reply from them yet.They never reply in WhatsApp customer care number and never picked up the call also. Please check the issue and try to give me either the product or refund.

I also fall in trap of just herbs. I orderd my products from their official website and they just ghosted me after i paid for my products. They are not responding on any of the customer support helpline whether it is mail ,whatsapp messages or call. I think my money is all gone now.
