Dear Sir/Madam,
Just herbs company is fraud they don’t respond to emails or helpline number provided stated as whatsapp message even if they will they will respond stating that we are closing the query without resolving it.
On 5th March I order products worth Rs.329/- with incorrect pincode later i had informed the courier partner to sent to correct Pin code still order did not got delivery.
It been more than 1 month i tried reaching them but no response received from them nor any refund has been intiated. All communications on email and whatsapp is attached herewith
