My amount is deducted for 2 months via ECS in this covid -19 situation although i confirmed for the stop service to just dial.
Thought they deducted my payment,
as the situation is worst u all know and the Tours and Travels business is totally paused and further no scope till October.
i request to refund my hard saved money so that we can survive for next month .they are not ready to skip ECS how can we pay ECS we don’t enough money to run our family
Personally and on human ground which was not supposed to be deducted,
They are very rude with us any how they want to deduct money
Hod in Ahmedabad wants to prove company that they giving business to company in this difficult situation
That’s why head of the department not allowing to skip ECS
Very inhuman
