I am from spm motor world frazer town Bangalore i have been dealing with just dial from past 11years but I have never seen such a worst service till now i have been calling them and sending them mails they are not bothered to revert back to us I am asking them to stop the service with them because the leads which they are giving us are all fake ecs. They are deducting money from my account ecs and over the call they have agreed to stop the ecs and the service and secure my money but they haven’t stopped the service yet and they are continuing to do the same thing I have been calling them back to back but they are not bothered. This is not what I expected from such a reputable company. A strict action should be taken towards them as soon as possible. I spoke to a lady who works at the just dial office she promised to stop my service. But nothing happened they have continued to do the same thing they are not refunding my money as well as stopping the service.
