Our business registration with justdial happened on 22nd June, 2020.
We registered our Interior design firm with just dial in order to receive leads.
We were promised by executives ; Samir and Shelva Kumar minimum one call per day and maximum 5 ; rounding it upto guaranteed 22 leads a month.
We did a personal meeting with Shelva Kumar as well and there was a complete assurance on the same, after which we deposited ₹8,000 for this annual scheme.
1. Its been almost 3 months and there’s not a single call.
2. There was not a single call to even give us an assurance that the payment is received by you.
3. Repeatedly been calling on your helpline but all in vain. More than 50 calls were made and every customer care executive promises us a callback and a refund from your leads department but again no response yet.
4. A month back en executive named Zubin confirmed the refund being initiated but now not only have they cancelled that but removed us from the listing as well.
