I took a package of justdial for my city. They shown me last years lead volume and assured me that in no case there can be less than this. After starting of package in very first week i noticed that they have cheated me and inquiries given to me were very poor. I claimed money back. Sent them many emails. but getting no answer. Recently got answer but Just dial said that we don’t refund. JustDial is a stupid company. They have refund policy for their listed vendors, but they don’t refund if we have taken their services.
