Hi, I am a victim, I searched for a pan card correction consultant. And one of the consultants from just dial called me stating that she is an advocate and she does pan card corrections. She took 1500 from me by google pay. Took my documents too. I called her many times she didn’t respond. After 1 month my brother called her with a different number. She said she need more documents. But she didn’t apply for pan card correction. So I asked her for my refund. And filed a complaint against her in a just dial. They sent me a confirmation of blocking her services but they are responsible for the transactions that I had made with her. I don’t even know who is anita Jadhav. She found me through just dial. And now just dial is saying they are not responsible for any of this. Please help me I need my refund.
