Due to Covid-19 office was closed from 22nd March 2020 and started with 10% staff from 1st June 2020. During the said period the usage of energy was bare minimal just the light and one air condition and the server room.

In view of the above the bill should have been bare minimal instead of the huge bill which we have received. The amount towards the energy bill is Rs. 1,05,430/- apart from paying the last bill of Rs.4280/-

You are therefore requested to kindly check the meter reading once again and see whether the meter is faulty or their is calculation error.

Kindly initiate the action asap and share the outcome with the revised bill asap, in order us to pay the bills in time.
