Hi,
U am using one AIRTEL plan, Till month of May I was in under 999 rs plan in which I was using 4postpaid and one broadband 4G connection…
In End of May 29th May 2021 I got new xtream fibre broadband connection…. Installation person explained me that it will 1499 rs plan In which I can use only 2postpaid numbers…
I told him that, I am existing user and I have 5postpaid number… Please remove the 3addtional number and convert this to prepaid… And I did shared the number and OTP….
However, it’s not got changed to prepaid… Do I called to customer care and asked the clarification that and it was confirmed by one of Airtel executive that my plan is I can use 5postpaid connection along with broadband connection …
As it is ok for me, I waited for coming bill and it generated as confirm by the Airtel executive…
It’s suddenly showings the wrong amount reflection in my bill…
Please help me, here and kindly correct the bill… Please refer the my past bill history… And please fix it to avoid the confusion in future bill as well….
