Dear sir/mam
I did recharge on 18th may 2020 amount of rupees 555. Via amazon UPI. On my mobile number 9029678865. And amount send successfully on Jio account. But I didn’t get any recharge. I called Jio customer care. They told me recharge not done successfully. your amount will be refund within 3 to 5 days. But till now I didn’t receive my money. After that I called Jio customer care they telling me call to your bank and amazon customer care. Sir/mam un ko call Karo to wo bolte hai k hamare taraf Se successfully transfer Ho Gaye hai. Un ki taraf Se recharge fail dikha raha hai. Hum kuch ni kr skate hai. Jio customer care par call Karo.or Mujhe recharge fail hone ka bhi msg ni Mila hai. Sir/mam Mai Kya karu. Mai teeno company k customer care provider na Jane kitne call kr chuka hu par kuch result ni mil raha hai. Please help me sir/mam…..
