I raised Jio Fibre instalation request.
Two Executive came to my place to accept my request and took all documents and sixmonth advance payment.
After two hrs two other executives came and said installation cant be done due to technical issue.
My point is , we have three connections already in my building. then why can’t i get this JIO Fibre connection if two distribution boxes are just next to my building..
If connection was not possible, then why you took Six month advance payment without doing proper investigation.
I need proper explanation and reason for not installing the services.
