Sir. I have took an online job from company named jobsearchnet surat, gujarat based. They asked me to do work of 600 resumee filling in target of 7 days . Their agent signed my contract in hurry saying do registration fast.they dont give me time to read contract . Because of their site issue i cant complete my work in time. Then they said they will give time extention in 1100 rs per day for extension. They didnt write that in their contract. And after my end day of submission they send me invoice bill of rs . 5000 plus 900 gst total 5900/- till 5 30 pm. And then they started threatening of legel procedure there is not even name of me on their contract . There is only digital signature of mine. When i asked them what next when i will pay 5900 rs then they said, company will break contract with you and give you noc certificate. This is not noted in their contract. So basically this is their way to make money by misguiding the youth.
