Dear Sir/madam,
My name is amritha from Chennai, I. Was looking for a job and posted my resume on naukr shine and other website. A woman name Ruchi malhotra, her number is (+91 74580 54459) now she has blocked my number). She introduced to a senior vistara HR manager.
She called me up and pressurised and forced me to send me to take test, and again forced me to pay 2000 rupees. And I paid, and attended the online test When I asked about job description, she did not give correct answer, she said senior HR manager will give details.
Then she made me take Hr interview with senior hr, I asked him job description, he said, during training I will get to know. Again he asked me 5500 rupees for gate pass and verification process, I said I was not informed about this. He. Said, you want job or no”. He said it is company rules and policy.
I was already too pressurised. I said I do not want the offer, he said then you can pay the half amount now, after the verification you can pay the remaining amount. Initially I paid 1000 to start the process, but after discussing with my parents, I wished to stop, so I asked Ruchi malhotra to stop the entire process, and she told to mail that I don’t want the job anymore, I immediately made, and I asked about the refund process, she told it takes 24hrs for the refund process, but still I haven’t received any amount yet,I have paid Rs.3000 so long.
