Sir, I Contact a person on facebook whose name is Animesh Srivastav. According to him, he runs a placement consultancy in Lucknow. So I demand him a job for me. But He demand 5000 rupees for consultancy charge to find job, so I pay him 5000 rupees through his phonpe 9793325346.
But Time Passed more than two months, he didn’t provide me any job, and doesn’t want to refund my payment.
Always he passed time with me.
Please help me sir, I am poor. My family condition is pitiable.

I have filed case against Animesh Srivastav and AGS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS AND PLACEMENT SERVICES in Labour Court for Rs.70000 salary he has not given me.

reply to animesh srivastav …..there is no fir or case lodged for any theft of 2 lakhs , dont tell lies …. we are talking to lawyers and customers for lodging cases against you for cheating in high court .
