I Kolla Pavan Manikanta, am offered with a Job from Max Enterprise approximately 10 days ago. They mentioned that i have to do payment after completion of joining, if and only I haven’t met the target. This all seemed like wrong to me. So then i have decided not to move forward with the company and haven’t signed the E-Agreement they sent to me. But now they are asking to pay money. I refused cause it hasn’t mentioned earlier. I shared an OTP while registering with company as they said it is mandatory for registration. Now they are saying sharing that OTP meant agreeing to pay that money. This is not fair at all, Please Help me Out.
