This company Job master captcha call me for interview and said we need your adhar card and email for interview process i said ok and i send them adhar and mail. Then very weird interview will take by company , the interviewer haven’t switch on his camera then i have arise little doubt on that Company so i search about the company on Google by Company name where i found only and only complaints of this company as right now i am typing . Then after 1 week they send me registration id id password and told to start working i just login to e-cpt.com for checking what tha work is exactly and i found there is no work record that i have done and not any record about that how much work is left to do . Then i contact to job master employee who called me for interview , i messaged her about the company reviews and also asked her for job offer letter, job letter and job agreement . She seen my message but not answer of my any questions . Then the another WhatsApp message i received from the same company where my id and password is mentioned and 1 no. For customer support and 1 mail id so i mailed on that email for job letter and agreement because that company not provided me any agreement or job letter . And i also clearly mentioned that i am not going to do any work till i am not receive my job letter and agreement . But they don’t answer of my mail and same day i also call on the customer service no. And asked for agreement and job letter but she behave very rude to me and when i again ask for job letter and agreement then she said we already mail you the agreement and job letter we have proof , then i said ma’am if i received any agreement and job letter then i am ask you for sending then they said if you don’t want to work just pay 5400rs as penalty of registration otherwise registration will not be cancelled and we sue you in court , and start threatening me for money and said again and again our lawyer will send you legal notice soon at your address you have to pay for this . And then after 1 week she again call me and said to pay 78000 rs to Company for not completing the work and behave very rude i again asked her for agreement and job letter she said no no you have to pay the money otherwise my lawyer will send you notice . And yesterday i received the sms for the JM-ATVTSF that carry internal case id and 1 phone no. for contacting for further details and mentioned that no. and this no. is the Job Master girl no. . Today again i received the sms in the morning that legal notice is sended at your address which you received in 48hrs , case under section 73&74 . And now i got a mail from Advocate S.B. Deshmukh from Gujarat where they mentioned basically i have to pay to job master 5400+3000rs for breaching the contract and agreement . I don’t understand what contract i signed with is fraud company they don’t even send me any agreement and any job letter . Please take action against this company and also against the Advocate S.B. Deshmukh who mail me legal notice like this without any proof of agreement and contract which i am not physically signed . They also mentally tortured me and harassing me by threatening calls and money demand .
