Text of Complaint by Sanjana Kumri:

The company – Hexaware Digital provided me a typing job for 4 days, with the salary of Rs. 19900, on a signed legal contrat that if I fail to achieve 90% accuracy I will have to pay the registration fees of Rs. 5560. This was received from an email – registration@hexawaredigital.com. So, it seemed legitimate.
Post completion of 4 days, I got a report that my accuracy is down by only 7 entries so if I pay a correction fees of Rs 19900, I can get the salary and the fees refunded. And they said the company can keep the portal open only for 10 mins so I had to make the payment in that interval itself. So, I proceeded with paying it. This report was sent to me from the email ID – hexawaredigital@yahoo.com, but as the time was short, there wasnt much time to think.
Then when I asked for the salary they asked me to pay another Rs. 24880 as my credit verification was incomplete. And that this will be refunded with my salary. This was also sent to me via the email ID – hexawaredigital@yahoo.com. This email also said that this was the last payment to be made to the company. And it mentioned that if I miss making this payment in 15 mins, it is a breach of the contract I had signed and my case will be escalated to District Court of Gujarat.
Although I made the payment, yet, I received a mail stating that as I went past the 15 mins mark, a complaint has been filed on me to the court. I recived a Court notice to pay 1.87L from the email ID – gjcourt99@gmail.com .
They further said that as I have paid the Rs 24880, they will take back the court complaint at an additional fee of Rs. 33000. And they also pressurised me, by phone calling from an Advocate, to complete the payment in 10 mins.

Which district court sends email from a gmail .com ID and forces to complete payments in 10 mins?
That is when it struck me that they are fake, but already I had incurred a loss of aroung Rs. 44,000.
Then I stopped responding to them. But they kept harassing me sending sms-es that “Alert A case has been registered against me and that my file is being forwarded to the police”.

Upon instrospecting even the legal contract they initially sent looks fake, with the seals made online, digitally. The court referred to is – Mehsana District Court, Gujarat.

They are scamming and harassing innocent people (like home makers/students – looking for some income to stand on their feet), for money by making fake legal documents.

I request the authorities to look into this case and provide a resolution.
