I am Bhim Singh Rana from Uttarakhand. I got a call from Stairs Academy aspirant pvt.ltd. regarding job at Airline, the person called me by introducing himself as Sudipto from HR department,
invited me for the interview consultation on 24 /09/2022. when I reach there, they took my cell phones, and i met another person as interviewer Mr. Sohail Iqbal he took me as selected candidate, during the interview he started offering me great job at indigo airline as in ground staff declared my monthly income 45000/month. with false promises and wrong statement, he took 30500 inr as in installment and promised me to join my job at Delhi airport with indigo airline, once they got paid by me then they have given me a stamp paper for the sign by saying it’s all part of formalities paperwork. without my knowledge they took me as student of that academy and considered my money for the cargo program. I asked them for proper papers they again mis leaded me not giving correct answer later they started to offer me a job at spa associate with 23000 salary, which is not match with my requirement and need and they failed to complete their dialogue and fake promises, they wasted my 2 months running behind them, stop to replying to my calls, email, WhatsApp, the per who promised me everything, for the refund as well if they failed to fulfil my needs. later 20/10/2022 they shut down academy. he was stared to forcing me to leave Kolkata, he will manage for refund, and sent me at Godrej Genesis building to talk with admin department, which they denied refunding. all in all the person who took my interview he trick me intentionally with false promises, and statement. as i am victim the admin department forcing me to accept the proposal or else forget the payment, even they all are well aware that its all fraud happened with me. Mr. Sohail Iqbal he is main culprit in all.
I am writing this letter to your respective organization to resolve this case and for my justice.
