I am MAJIDA K T from Malappuram, Kerala
On MARCH 09 2022 Wednesday I got a call, mail, and whatsapp message from a company called
‘ CISCO ENTERPRISE‘saying that “ DETAILS :-

WELCOME TO EARNING COMMUNITY
DO BASIC WORK FOR US – AND EARN THOUSANDS IN JUST FEW DAYS
REQUIREMENT FOR THIS WORK :

• COMPUTER / LAPTOP / MOBILE
• ACTIVE INTERNET CONNECTION
• BASIC TYPING SKILLS

o 250 pages Will Be Provided To You That You Have To Complete In 07 Days.
o Per Correct page You Will Get 100 Rs So Max. Earning Can Be (25000).
o You don’t have to pay any registration fees, Fees Will Be Deducted From Your Final Salary.

1 TOTAL PAGES : 250

2 CUT OFF PAGES : 225 (MUST BE CORRECT)

3 PER PAGE AMOUNT : 100/- RS (ABOVE CUTOFF)

4 TURN AROUND TIME : 07 DAYS

5 AGREEMENT PERIOUD : 11 Month (Company will provide you Govt. Approved Legal Agreement.)

6 MAXIMUM EARNING : 25,000/-

After i accepted to work they ask me to send my mail id , alternate mobile number and aadhar card details for registration purpose.

After that i got a mail saying that i have to sign an agreement and sent the WhatsApp message to just write your name as signing.
After that they sent me a link , loging id and password and helpline number to ask for any help and told me to start work in the evening and the 7days start from that day itself.
During the work I had a lot of doubts and the pages where cut by side and unable read it properly and some pages were no at all clear. Hence I messaged the helpline number telling that I have a doubt and they responded for my “hi” next day of sending the message and I told them Ihad a doubt and the responded “tell me” after 10 minutes and I told them “ The side of the page given it cut” “ Full sentence is not visible” and they didn’t respond that day so I again messaged “???” the next day and again they left it seen. Like that my my 4days left which left so much pages unable to type. And then I realised that if I wait for them to reply I will be unable to finish it within the given time. So tuped it as I could read it and tried my best to make it accurate and submitted it on the last day which was on15th march 2022.
On 18th March 2022,they send me a whatsapp message to pay penalty as per the agreement saying that “ Agreement Breach case Under Indian Contract Act 1872

THIS INTIMATION LETTER INFORMS YOU THAT ” CISCO ENTERPRISE ” COMPANY HAS SENT YOUR CASE FILE FOR THE LEGAL CLEARANCE, YOU HAVE BROKEN THE COMPANY AGREEMENT BY ( QC FAIL & NOT SUBMITTED ) WORK PROJECT AND FOR WHICH YOU ARE LIABLE TO PAY THE PENALTY.

YOU HAVE TIME OF 30′ MINUTES TO PAY THE PENALTY OTHERWISE THE LEGAL ACTION WILL BE INITIATED UNDER FRAUD AND AGREEMENT BREACH CASE.

OTHERWISE I HAVE ALL PROOF..

I WILL REGISTER YOUR CASE FILE AND ISSUE YOUR HARD COPY NOTICE AT YOUR NEAREST BY POLICE STATION AND HOME ADDRESS, COME TO THE COURT WITH YOUR ADVOCATE AND PARENTS COME TO THE COURT AND PAY THE NOTICE AMOUNT 2,75’LAC IN THE COURT OK”
And when I told them I have submitted it then the told me that I am not meeting 90% accuracy. Since Iam a student and I don’t have that much of money, I didn’t reply them. They again today (21st March 2022) they messaged from another number the same thing and an sms and called me saying that the advocate is calling. As I told him about the helpline thing he told me that I don’t know about that I am the company’s advocate. Isn’t an advocate supposed to know everything about the case and when I tell them about my side hear that and discuss about it with the company?
So,
I request you to please cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them..
