Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Greetings of the Day.
I am writing to register an online Job fraud complaint as I was unable to register it on policecitizenportal.uk.
Kindly find below details of the Incident:
I got a call from this number +917381708376 on my personal mobile no. – xxxxxxxx78
Stating that you had applied for a job in captcha work and u left the job without completing it.
He said ‘I am calling from district court Aurangabad, and I am the senior officer, I will send a fax at your local police station and they will come to your house and you will have to go to the court and submit around 2-3 lakh rupees for the penalty of leaving the job’
I mentioned to them that I informed them through call and email prior to leaving and they said it’s resolved now.
But they threatened me to pay the settlement, otherwise they will send the police to my house. So I got frightened and deposited a total amount of Rs 26,048 via Google pay and Phone Pay with his Bank account Linked.
