on 8 july, 2021, I got a text from job search net about data entry and for that I will be paid rs 15000. I sent a message on the number mentioned in the text. A girl named Anchal replied me back and sent me took my id proof and I sent my driving licence to her. She then called me on whatsapp and explained me all about their job related to data entry and she also sent me an agreement. I signed it. She then started sending me resumes to fill and I was told to fill 600 resumes…but no deadline was provided by her. I filled 10 resumes and today I got a warning mail that I have breached the contract. According to them, I was supposed to send my work within 7 days. She told me to send rs 5900 or a legal notice will be sent on my address and I have to pay rs 28000.
So, I want to file a case against that company named Job search net. Please help me out.
