I got call from Shine. Com for job opportunity and said me that it is one time charges that I have to pay for the services.
However after paid the first payment relationship manager called and he told there is some online procedure to be done to activate the account and he started the call and started chaging for each and every service and made me pay around 89k. I was in position where i couldn’t deney as well on the call and the person was forcing to make payment.
After the call i requested many times that I do not require any services from them and refund my money, but they are not refunding the amount.
I need help to get the refund.
