In there terms and conditions they are clearly saying,  if work is not completed then they will charge you 5500 rupees. I didn’t completed my work since they are providing little time for work.  They sent me legal notice and started pressuring me to pay the money extra for legal charges and to cancel the agreement. They took 27500/- rupees from me.  They didn’t even gave time to think. And again they was asking me to pay the money for the signature since i cant physically be present at the court in gujarat for the signature.  Out of panic i paid 27500 rupees.  This company is really fraud.  I took loan from my sister to pay for this fraud company. Please help me to return my money back.
