Here in Srinagar kpdcl workers are fraud they says u should change electric meter because from now reading will be take with kvah instead of kWh and then I buy new electric meter by my own cost but they not installed and they say u will pay for installation but installation is free from jkpdd why we pay for and they says your power will be cut if not installation fast please help for this
