I have been facing issue with the internet its been more than 3 days still there is no response from the Jio service center they are closing the ticket without any repair as done. they mentioned it as the engineer visit to home but no one is came to home for this service and closing the ticket. because of this i had issue with my clients, I’m a freelancer, i build website & mobile applications my full work is based on internet because of Jio’s worst service i got issues with my client, as you know its tough to get client as a freelancer, I paid Rs.2824 as 6 month pack in Aug 7, within these days i had more than 20 days of internet issue, I just need a refund for the upcoming months I don’t this service anymore still there is no response from the Jio service team, please consider the complaint and take necessary action to stop Jio to scamming consumers
