Hello, I am a prime member of jio 4G network since 2 years. Now, I am facing problem with network coverage and extremely low data speed in my city location namely Akola, Maharashtra. Though I had raised complaints regarding these issues from my jio sim 9309759175, however, they always say we cannot raise a complaint in these regard. I don’t know what to do now, please, help me and many others like me out of these problems. Thank you.
