As I said in the above statement, the matter is based on Jio Infocomm ltd’s internet speed that they are providing…
I’ve been complaining then regarding their quest internet speed from past 4 years and they are saying that they will resolve…
But, from past 1-2 years, whenever I start to talk about the problem that I’m facing with the internet, they just hang up the call… And missioner, when I call them again and again when they hang up my call, they replied to me angrily saying that I’VE TO CHANGE MY HOUSE or I’VE TO PAY THEN 10000 INR TO INSTALL A TOWER NEAR ME or I’VE TO CHANGE MY OPERATOR!
It’s this is a WAY to TALK TO CUSTOMERS???
I’ve been paying them 399 INR EVERY 3 MONTHS as doing recharge WHERE I’M UNABLE TO DO A SINGLE CALL!!!!
I’M FED UP WITH JIO’S ATTITUDE. I tried registering complaint sharing Jio in the consumercomplaintcourt.com where my internet speed was so high that the page didn’t even LOAD!
When I play FREE FIRE(PUBG ALTERNATIVE) the PING is ALWAYS “999+”, how can I play?????
I want this problem to be SOLVED ASAP.
