Myself Kajal Khan,
I placed an order on 05th Jul-2022 on jiomart app, order no. 16570047220092575A. The initial date of delivery was on 07th Jul-2022 but till date it has not been delivered and showing DELIVERED status on portal (screenshot attached) whereas neither delivery agent contacted nor any call received from Jiomart about delivery I already paid for this order. I tried to contact customer care every day and receiving the same response like “we will raise the concern on high priority to our back-end.. Whenever I raised a query regarding this issue everytime while contacting customer care, false statements are been given to me by saying be rest assured the team is operating your case already and still it is pending and delivery boy no. is switch off, end of the day, no correct information.. and I am completely tired with this
Therefore it is requested to please look into the matter and ordered items may please be got delivered at shipment address and kindly take necessary action against delivery boy- bhavuk baja
