I had ordered groceries on JioMart app. The company is not delivering supplies worth amount Rs. 2105 and delaying the delivery date every day indefinitely .Upon contacting customer care , they are refusing to refund amount stating it is against their policies. I would like my amount refund back as the products have not been delivered and delaying indefinitely. Company is doing fraud cheating customers.
