Its been a worst experience with JioMART , i had order some groceries on 4th Dec 2020 and today : 25th Jan 2021 , till now they have not yet returned / refunded the payment.

I have dropped an email and have escalated the matter 7 times on cutomer care number as well.
They keep giving false promises the request will be processed in 7 Days , refund never happened and complaint has been closed .
Really fed up now !!
