I have ordered two items on 16-08-2020 vide 15975880959277166M-1 (9989835911) total amount Rs.1448.00 (Good life cashews, Rs.798/- and Good life almonds, 500 g, 2 items , Rs. 650/-). Only Good life cashews were delivered on 18,08,2020 and the courier promised me that the amount for almonds will be refunded. To my surprise unfortunately it has not been refunded. Further I talked to the customer care on 27-08-2020 and the executive told me that within 48 hrs some body will talk to me and will be refunded or the item will be delivered soon, vide complaint No. 0023305236. But no body has contacted me. Several emails were given and several calls were made to the customer service. Till now there is no correspondance from JIOMART. Appreciate if help is provided in getting back my amount.

Same happening with me. Many 48 hours passed but nobody calls. Log a legal complain on jagograhak portal and mentioned about many complaints of consumers. They are big cheaters and cheated many people. They need a lesson.
