I am writing regarding my order for the Realme Buds Q2 (Order No. 167742953302). I had raised an issue on 2nd March regarding the product, and I was informed that the it would be picked up within 7 to 15 days. However, despite several attempts to get in touch with JioMart team, I have not received any updates or resolution regarding my issue.

the product box seal was already opened when I received the package from Jio Mart. Additionally, the product inside was already used, which is unacceptable. I have sent more than 30 emails regarding this issue and received several calls from your team assuring me that the pickup will be done in 2 to 3 days. However, after 25 days I received a call saying that the pickup has been cancelled due to the broken package seal. This is completely unjustified since I could not have seen inside the package without opening it. Immediately raised complaint with them,l

I want to escalate this issue as I feel like I am being given the runaround and not receiving any proper solution to my problem. I want to return the product as soon as possible and receive a refund of the amount paid. If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory solution.

I kindly request that JioMart take immediate action to resolve my issue and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Please do not send emails claiming that the issue has been resolved without actually resolving it. Also the product was 2years old, as i could see from box. Also there tear and wear on the product, guessing they had been used by other coustomers
