On June 9, 2020 at 12:50AM I was placing an order at JioMart for grocery. Amount got deducted from my PayTm account but order didn’t get confirmed. I have trying to reach JioMart customer care on Twitter and over call. On twitter before even there reply I shared DM reply with details to them, retweeted no response. On call first they say 1 min wait then 8 min and then 37 min and still not coming on call. I have attached the transaction details.
