I order a apple AirPods 2 on date 7/06/2023 its was working noise cancellation is not working so i raised a return request but they rejected my return request .i call them about the issue they tell me that visit a apple service centre so i visit apple service centre .after they diagnosis a product the tell that product is non apple brand product so i sent a mail on cs@jiomart.com with a DAO certificate till that they still not resolved my issue it’s almost 20 day this issue still is in process what’s service is jiomart providing to customers not solve small issue fromm last 20 day I want a apple genuine product which order from jiomart or give me my refund that it
